Maestro works a single vineyard with 60 year old Garnacha Tintorera. The vines at El Cuchillejo grow on clay-calcareous soils at 850 metres altitude in the Olmos de Duero valley, Ribera del Duero. Fermented with wild yeasts and with three and half hours skin contact.
Amanda is a full-flavoured rosado with high acidity and notes of red fruits, citrus, and minerals; eminently versatile food wine.
