Stefano Belotti, Cascina degli Ulivi
Cascina degli Ulivi is known for its wine but it doesn't stop there. They produce fruit, vegetables and cereals, keep animals, and run a holiday retreat where meals are provided using produce from the farm. They even mill their own flour for their bread.

Stefano Belotti began farming aged 18, and has been practising organically and biodynamically for over thirty years. This Gavi is made from south facing vines on red, clay soil. Harvested by hand, and fermented and aged in big wooden vats.
